Why I’m Taking Part
Believe it or not, I've signed up to Go Dry! But it's more than just giving up alcohol for a month... it's also about raising funds for Canadians affected by cancer.
Please support my Go Dry challenge by making a donation. Your donation will help the Canadian Cancer Society continue to fund life-saving research and provide a compassionate nationwide support system for people affected by cancer, such as help getting to and from life-saving treatment appointments or wigs for women who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments.

Wow we have really started strong, thank you so much to all who have donated!
We are partaking( my favorite non alc bevy ;) ) in Go dry January to raise money for cancer research. This is something that is hitting our family close to home. My Mom is battling cancer valiantly, she is still with us, and we are thankful for each day with her. She is the inspiration for this, to each live a healthier life to help prevent cancers scourge in more lives, and raise funds for treatment of those who are or will battle it.

Well we are now 8 days out of 31 of that go dry life, and let me tell you, I'm feeling great with out alcohol in my bloodstream. Turns out there's a wide range of non alc beverages out there other than coffee, water and non alcoholic beers, who knew?? I might be replacing my penchants for beer with a san pelli addiction.. so refreshing, technically healthy! Hope all who are going dry this month are enjoying exploring alt bevs as much as I.
