This is my 4th year participating in “Dry Feb” now “GoDry” January, to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society. It’s heartbreaking to think that each of these years I’ve been able to choose someone I know who has been affected by cancer to honour in my fundraising efforts. Even more heartbreaking is knowing that I could have honoured more than one person each year. Sadly this year I dedicate my fundraising efforts in memory of Kelly a beautiful soul who lost her battle to this horrible disease in November. Kelly was 51 years young, a life taken way too soon. I am grateful for her besties who have joined our “Team Kelly” to help raise as much as we can in her memory. I know in my heart that Kelly would be happy to give this gift to help others who are affected by cancer. Together with your support we can make a difference in those lives affected by cancer.
